Bone marrow necrosis (BMN) is regarded as an infrequent and rare pathological finding in the aspirates trephine biopsies. It a histological which may be associated with infections, sickle cell disease, leukemia other diseases. Its postmortem prevalence ranges from 0.3% to 2.2%., BMN might also seen prior to, or following diagnosis of neoplasia, ordering subsequent treatments chemotherapy radiotherapy. Cellular elements can masked by extensive necrosis, leading non-diagnosis precede disease pathology before its presentation, lead delay accurate diagnosis. This study was done highlight findings scrutinize underlying producing after evaluating medical history, clinical laboratory morphological analysis bone aspirations biopsy. A cross-sectional observational for period 3 years this observed only five cases. indicates that conditions are varied malignancy remains common. obscure diagnosis, repeat biopsies indicated secure Pyrexia, pain, pancytopenia, elevated LDH alkaline phosphatase levels common associates BMN.
